Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that leather goods and apparel are free of horse hair, dirt, or signs of wear.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
